Confidential burnout psychotherapy across Saskatchewan

Support for when everyday life takes more energy than you have.

What happens after intake

We start by understanding what you are experiencing

A clinician reviews what you have shared, how it affects daily life, any immediate concerns and your practical needs. We then recommend assessment, psychotherapy or another service that may be a better fit.

✓ Clinician-reviewed assessment and direction
✓ Secure video appointments across Saskatchewan
✓ Submitting intake does not commit you to treatment
✓ Common signs can guide the next step, but they do not replace clinical assessment.

Recognition

Keeping up can take more out of you than others realize.

You may still be meeting responsibilities while feeling increasingly exhausted. Everyday tasks take more effort, rest brings less relief, and there is less energy left for yourself and the people you care about.

01

Rest brings less relief

Sleep, weekends or leave no longer return you to a stable baseline.

02

Thinking takes more effort

Concentration, memory and decisions require deliberate effort that used to feel automatic.

03

You feel more irritable or disconnected

Irritability, detachment, dread or emotional flattening become more frequent.

04

Work leaves little room for the rest of life

Time, relationships and self-care are reorganized around staying functional enough to continue.

Why SaskBurnout

Thoughtful care with practical support

SaskBurnout provides regulated psychotherapy through STG Health Services Inc. We take time to understand your concerns, agree on a treatment plan and review how it is helping in daily life.

Clinical

Assessment before assumptions

Burnout is considered alongside depression, anxiety, sleep disruption, ADHD, trauma, medical factors and occupational strain.

Practical

Treatment built around real constraints

The work accounts for role demands, confidentiality, workload, identity and the consequences of changing how you work.

Focused

A plan shaped around your needs

Sessions can focus on rest, mental overload, boundaries, sleep and managing difficult emotions, with changes you can practise in everyday life.

Who we help

Burnout is not limited to senior professionals

Begin with the broad adult pathway or choose a page that reflects the demands of your work or caregiving role.

Fees and coverage

Clear practical information before you begin

Individual burnout therapy: $170. Structured recovery sessions: $225. Assessment or occupational burnout therapy: $275. Enhanced sessions: $350. All appointments are 60 minutes, and your service and fee are agreed before booking.

Insurance reimbursement depends on the clinician’s designation, the individual plan and any limits or authorization requirements. Eligible public funding must be confirmed before it is relied upon.

Before you decide

The questions that usually determine the next step

Is this burnout—or could it be something else?

Assessment considers overlapping clinical, sleep, medical and occupational explanations rather than assuming exhaustion has one cause.

Do I have to leave my job?

No. Some people recover while continuing to work; others consider reduced duties, leave or staged return depending on functioning and medical advice.

Will my employer know I am attending?

Care is private and confidential within applicable professional, legal and safety limits. Information is not shared with employers or other third parties without consent unless disclosure is legally required.

What happens after I submit an intake?

The clinic reviews fit, safety, priorities, availability and practical access, then recommends assessment, psychotherapy or another appropriate starting point. Completing intake does not commit you to treatment.

When you are ready

You do not have to have it all figured out before asking for help.

Tell us what you are experiencing through the secure intake. A clinician will review your information and recommend a next step. Completing the form does not commit you to ongoing treatment.
