PAYMENT & COVERAGE
Receipts are provided. Ask whether your plan covers this clinician’s designation and secure video psychotherapy, and check any annual limits or approval requirements.
NIHB or Saskatchewan Victims Compensation may fund eligible counselling when client, provider and service requirements are met. Confirm authorization before relying on coverage.
You can pay for appointments yourself. Confirm the agreed fee and whether it remains manageable if reimbursement is delayed or declined.
Before booking: confirm the provider and service are eligible, check limits and deductibles, and obtain approval where required. Your insurer or funder makes the coverage decision.
You do not need to choose on your own. The secure intake helps us understand your concerns. We discuss the service, inclusions and exact fee before booking. We explain the range, usual fee and any additional preparation or planning before you decide.
Assessment appointments range from $225–$300 per 60 minutes, with a usual fee of $250. Before booking, we discuss the expected number of appointments and estimated total cost. A formal diagnostic evaluation or third-party report is not included.
Assessment includes written recommendations. We confirm the preparation, feedback and written work included before booking. Formal workplace, disability and other third-party reports are separate services. Their scope and cost must be agreed before work begins.
Direct billing is available only where the insurer or funding program supports it and the clinic confirms the arrangement before treatment. Do not assume that funding can be approved retroactively.
Submitting the secure intake form is not a psychotherapy appointment. Assessment and treatment appointments are billed at the fee confirmed before booking. Submitting the form does not commit you to treatment.
Please let us know so we can review the treatment plan together. The clinic cannot guarantee payment from an insurer or funder. Receipts may be used for reimbursement or tax purposes where eligible.
Ask a coverage question or complete the secure intake when you are ready.
