In crisis? Call 911, HealthLine 811, or call/text 988 for suicide crisis support.
A clinician explores your exhaustion, its effects on daily life and what may be contributing. Assessment also considers overlapping concerns such as depression, anxiety, sleep disruption, ADHD, trauma or medical conditions.
We take time to understand your symptoms, your circumstances and how daily life has changed, so we can discuss the support that fits your needs.

The assessment looks at the whole pattern rather than relying on a single checklist.
Physical and emotional depletion, sleep quality, recovery after rest and the effort required for ordinary tasks.
Concentration, memory, decision-making, mental slowing and difficulty shifting attention.
Changes in work, relationships, self-care and the strategies being used to keep performance intact.
Similar symptoms can arise from different causes, and those causes do not require identical treatment.
Fatigue, withdrawal, low motivation and cognitive difficulty occur across several clinical and medical conditions.
The same symptom has different implications depending on timing, workload, health, sleep and prior history.
How the pattern changes work, relationships and self-care is often more informative than symptom count alone.
Immediate risk, severe impairment or urgent medical concerns must be addressed before routine burnout treatment.
After assessment, you receive a clear explanation of what may be contributing, how it affects daily life and the priorities we recommend addressing. We also record a starting point to help review change over time.
A plain-language explanation of what appears to be driving the pattern and which overlapping clinical or medical explanations still require attention.
An overview of how energy, thinking, emotions, rest, relationships and work demands affect one another, with priorities for where to begin.
A recommendation about treatment intensity, referrals and next steps, together with a baseline for reviewing meaningful change.
Assessment appointments are $275 per 60 minutes and include screening review and a brief written summary. Before booking, we discuss the expected number of appointments and estimated total cost. A formal diagnostic evaluation or third-party report is not included in this fee.
Tell us what you have been experiencing, how it affects your life and what care you currently receive.
Clarify timing, patterns, risks, compensations and the relationship between work and recovery.
Discuss what we have learned, any unanswered questions and the next steps together.
This assessment does not replace a full diagnostic process. It helps clarify what may be contributing to your difficulties and whether further diagnostic or medical evaluation is needed.
No. Assessment is designed to clarify the pattern, not force a burnout diagnosis. It may identify another service, medical review or a different level of care as more appropriate.
Documentation depends on the clinical purpose, evidence available and scope of service. Discuss the specific requirement before assuming a report can be provided.
Bring a concise timeline, relevant medications or diagnoses, recent changes in functioning and any questions you want the assessment to answer.
Begin with a secure intake so the clinician can review symptoms, functioning, context, safety, practical needs and the question the assessment should answer.
